Cloud looked out a ways from krystal and spotted Blade in hiding. It reflected poorly on one who hid in a fight, especially when he knew all of his moves were being watched by krystal (and unknowingly being watched by Cloud). Cloud laughed at the warrior. He was a coward.

Cloud was waiting, watching. The correct time to move would come, no matter how cowardly the battle was so far, and how much he wanted to jump in and knock blade over.

Krystal whirled around in time to parry the attack with a diagonal hold on her sword. She merely sneered, a small bead of sweat breaking on her brow. "I never implied I was. Simple advice. You said you wanted to learn." she loved making nnoying comments. With an extra burst of force she threw away her opponents sword(knocked it away) and made a slash at his chest.

Cloud lunged his sword at krystal's, knocking it from her hand and to the ground. Although she was testing him, death was not worth it, especially not for a possible member. "Hello, my name is Cloud. I sent krystal to test you, and although you need alot of work, i think you might cut it." Cloud said.

Blade picked himself up. He saw the mysterious stranger and just nodded. He picked up his two swords and put them in their sheaths however he did not put his dagger away.

With a low dog-like growl in her throat, Krystal picked up her sword and dusted it off, rubbing her hand from the vibrations.
"I wasn't gonna kill 'em." she mumbled. "He's got fast enough reflexes...." Krystal frowned when Blade kept his dagger out.
"He's Cloud idiot, he's the leader o the clan, he's not going to bite or anything." she hissed at him.

Blade glared at her tempted to slash her with his dagger. "I keep it out when I am in the open."he said gruffly. "and I would watch it." He re-gripped his dagger.

Cloud stared at Blade. Blade was an obnoxious warrior. Although he seemed pretty good, he was so obnoxious that Cloud almost didn't want him in the clan. he had such a big head, but that could be knocked out of him easily. "Krystal, let's escort our newest member to the Adventurers' Clan," Cloud said, shooting a look at krystal that say 'Don't worry, i'll knock some sense into him.'

krystal, still a bit sullen, glared at both of them and sheathed her blade, glad to hear metal on metal. 'Fine." she said. "it's in the forest, follow us, I guess. And don't try anything funny, if you try to stab us or aren't what you seem to be, you're dead." Giving a "hmph" of finality she clasped her hands behind her head and walked towards the path, the one that led to the forest only a few meters away.

He put his dagger down to his side still careful. He would feel better when he was in the forest covered under the trees. He followed krystal into the woods still very cautious but that was in his nature.

Cloud walked over to krystal and whispered in her ear "If we are attacked, leave the newcomer to fight for himself. We will hide, but if he is nearly injured, we will jump out and defend him, and he will not be allowed in the clan. But if he kills the monsters, he will be in the clan, with the exception that he stops being so big headed and obnoxious." Cloud said, listening to the faraway footsteps of what sounded like a herd of minotaur.

Krystal widened her eyes and nodded vigorously. She then gave a sly smile. Psh, this was why she admired Cloud so much. Krystal beckoned behind her. "Come, it's not far now." and indeed it wasn't. Since she had first come, she decided to make a path for her own. No foilage grabbed at them and she gratefully sighed. Finally, the clearing came in sight.

Blade felt that it was too easy. He had just ended a battle with Krystal and no one had won. There had to be something else. He had been looking down as he walked before but now he looked up taking in all of his surroundings. He thought he heard something in the distance but dismissed it.

Kossa hummed a soft melody under her breath as she traveled through an area with much more foliage. She used her staff, primarily as a walking stick and so she wouldn't trip into any holes. It was hard enough for her to see in front of her. But with her lack of good sight - came an increase in usage of the other four senses. She heard the footsteps of a minotaur ahead of her a few hundred yards away. The drow was drawn towards it - wondering what it was doing here.
"Wha-?" Kossa squints fruitlessly to see into the clearing. Her ears twitched as she heard other footsteps traveling towards the clearing. 'I wonder if they know...' She thought to herself as she stopped humming.

Krystal suddenly tensed, her face grim. She drew her sword and turned around, walking directly past Cloud.
"There's someone else here." she warned. "I can hear vibrations in the ground and rustling somewhere. Should I invite them into the clan if they are peaceful or I don't kill 'em?" she asked, then keeping stride with him by walking backwards.
